In July, I photographed the wedding of one of the coolest, kindest couples I’ve ever met: Krista and Todd! Krista and Todd’s biggest priority in the wedding is that it was a fun party – they wanted their guests to just come out, drink, dance, and have a great time celebrating together.
The wedding took place at Krista’s parents’ gorgeous home in Lebanon. It was probably the hottest day of the year – my lens kept wanting to fog up on me, it was so humid! The couple and their family were so kind and accommodating, and wanted to make sure their vendors were hydrated and as comfortable as possible, that I couldn’t imagine a better group of people to work with on such a hot day!
Lots of touching, unforgettable moments on this day. Love coming from every direction, a fantastic ceremony (officiated by my husband!), and an emotional toast from the groom’s young son describing how grateful he is for his amazing father and his loving new stepmother.
